The Horndeski Method: What You Should Know About Cosmetic Surgery

Dr. Gary Horndeski developed the Horndeski Method, which is also known as the Bellesoma Method. It is a surgical technique that is used for breast lifts and reductions. Dr. Gary Horndeski specializes in cosmetic surgery and created a surgical method that involves using the patients tissue to reshape the breast and secure the breast to the chest muscle. If you are interested in cosmetic surgery, there are a few things that you may need to know.

Cosmetic surgery does not just change appearances; it has health benefits as well. Many women suffer from back, neck, and shoulder pain because of their breasts. Some women may choose to have a breast reduction in order to relieve that pain. Cosmetic surgery can be highly beneficial to women who suffer from chronic pain. The Horndeski Method can be used during breast lifts and reductions. Rather than reshape and remove skin, the technique attaches the newly formed breast to the chest muscle, which can reduce back pain that is caused by sagging breasts.

Cosmetic surgeons are professionals who spend years training. If you are interested in getting cosmetic surgery, you may need to spend some time researching surgeons. It is important to find a surgeon who does good work and who you feel comfortable with. Cosmetic surgery can be a major life event; therefore, you may need to take some time to do your research. Dr. Gary Horndeski, a cosmetic surgeon in Texas, created the Horndeski Method to help women achieve the look they want and get rid of chronic back pain.

Dr. Gary Horndeski talks with NPR about the Bellesoma Method

NPR interviewed Dr. Gary Horndeski about his revolutionary Bellesoma Method. Horndeski explained how a woman needed a breast reduction will have a better outcome with his process. Horndeski states, “One of great advantages of this technique is that there is no vertical scar and the result is now permanent in the sense that the weight is now transferred to underlying muscle so instead of the skin holding up the breast, the muscle holds up the breast.” This helps in two ways: 1) it reduces additional sagging; and 2) moves the full part higher.

For a large breasted woman who wants relief from back, neck and/or shoulder pain without a severe change in size, Horndeski’s technique is a terrific solution. As noted above, the full part is moved higher and anchored into the chest wall’s muscle. The transfer of the weight relieves the pain. Further, more breast tissue can be kept. Also, implants are not needed for upper breast fullness because the breast is actually moved up into the higher, flattened area where the breasts used to rest before sagging over time.

Another advantage of his procedure is that the ability to breastfeed a baby is not affected. The nipple and areola area are not incised from the underside so sensitivity is retained as well. Dr. Gary Horndeski, Bellesoma method specialist, has used his pre-med school engineering degree to good use by re-thinking how to improve breast reduction and lift surgery. The recovery time is comparable to other types of plastic surgery involving breasts.

Bellesoma Method: Getting a Breast Lift

The Bellesoma Method (aka Horndeski Method), created by Dr. Gary Horndeski, is a procedure for giving a woman a breast lift. This method uses an internal suspension technique that lifts the breast, which is a similar feeling to having a push-up bra on. The method leaves no vertical scarring after it is complete and transfers the weight of the breast to the muscles of the chest. This, in turn, provides immediate relief from any neck, back or shoulder pain.

The bio engineering method uses the woman’s own breast tissue to lift the breasts, with absolutely no implants used. In fact, it is the best way to create a more youthful appearance, since over time a woman’s breasts will change and start to lose their firmness and shape. This could be a result of many different factors, including gravity, aging, weight fluctuation, breastfeeding and pregnancy. In most cases, this creates another problem where the shape has changed to conical with a nipple that projects outward or to a deflated breast with a nipple that points downward.

A typical breast lift can result in visible scarring, poor shape of the breast, and inadequate lift. It may also involve the use of implants. However, the Bellesoma Method can give you a breast lift without any of these. This is a new option to women who are looking for a breast lift without the problems associated with the traditional procedure.
